Hi I am new to this group, but I have been scraping for a while now and I am in need of some new inspiration. I was involved with a group of scrapers who used to meet, but no longer does :-(

A group of us do get together once a month at my house and everyone here is welcome to come. The next date will be Saturday, June 21 from 7pm to midnight. Please just let me know in advance that you can come, so I can be sure to have enough space for you to work on your projects. I live in Soquel, so just let me know if you need directions.

I will continue to post here, so hopefully some new people can come. It's so great getting ideas from other people on different ways to preserve our kids' lives.

Hi everyone,
I am having a crop night at my house on Friday, May 9 from 7pm until midnight (this is Mother's Day weekend, so a great time to hit your sig other for a night out!). I provide some tools you can use as well as all my ink and stamps. I just ask everyone to bring their own adhesive, scissors and any projects they want to work on. I am a Close to My Heart consultant and do have catelogues available for everyone to look through if they wish to buy anything, but there is no pressure. I do not charge for the crop night, but ask that everyone bring a very small snack to share with everyone.

I look forward to meeting some of you that I haven't met yet. Send me an email if you want to join us, so I can give you directions to my house. We live in Soquel.

Hi. I'm new to the website, tho have heard a lot through Michelle. I would love to join you gals w/ scrapbooking. I haven't picked up my stuff in over 3 years. My son has nothing, my daughter, she has it all. So, with that said, i would love to get back in to things! I'm open and flexible, and new back to the area.

I will set up whatever the majority wants to do. I can say that for me, weekends in the summer are super busy with birthdays, trips and activities.

I need to find out how to email everyone or maybe we need to set up a yahoogroup with polls and such. I'm not sure if this site will let us do that.

i like the idea of a full day on a weekend every couple of months- i feel the same was as lacy. once it's all out and i get going, i like to go for as long as i can!

The first couple of Friday's in May won't work for me, but I could do 5/16. I also like the idea of an entire weekend day: 8am-8pm - maybe every other month. The husbands hate it, but come on - they can do this for us (have the kids for a full day) once in a while! :) Once I pack up all of my stuff (a job in itself!) I like to get as much done as possible. For me, the evenining crops are totally fun but not as productive! Once I get settled in and unpack, etc. - there's only two hours left....enough time to maybe do one page. I'm a slow scrapper!
