We CAN do great things! I'm with you on this one! I've been wanting to do the AVON breast cancer walk for a few years now, but have been unable to find enough to form a team. I'm working with a girl in SF who is helping me organize a team for this years walk (July11-13). I'll pass on all the info to this site if that's okay???

By the way, great site!!! You're so inspiring!

Aww..Julie, it's you and me (and robin) ready to change the world. I had thought about doing the Avon walk before..how many miles is it?? Yes, for sure post the info on here. Robin is somehow going to get me to do a team in training half marathon.

I did the Avon 2 years, and it is great...I just like the Team atmosphere..people (coaches) telling me when to jump and how high is what I need right now.

Our schools are in desperate need of funding!! We'd love some help with our Brook knoll fundraisers if anyone is in the BK district or going there in the near future. That's where I concentrate my fundraising efforts these days. Clip those boxtops and send them to me!! LOL

PS. Robin I ran the Rock and Roll Marathon with Team in Training a few years ago--what a blast! The coaches were fantastic and I had the time of my life!

Do you know anything about "NCL" National Charity League. A friend of mine just told me a little bit about it - A mother/daughter organization - for middle school aged girls and up.
