Hi Jennifer...so guess what...I sprained my knee today. The early part of the week it just hurt but I could still walk and I figured with a little TLC I would be fine and by today I was then I re-injured it and even worse! My bro in law is a nurse and I told him what I did and he said that I needed to stay off it for at least 3-5 days if not longer...I am so bummed! Anyway...I need to cancel Friday. I am so sorry I was looking forward to walking & meeting you and Nash...maybe next week but I guess I have to play it by ear & see how it goes. xoxoChristy

Thanks sorry...wish I could walk...it seems to always happen this way. I reslove to exercise more then a body part gives out on me. ha ha...ok...umm...I think that Friday would work for me if that works for you?

hi Jennifer...since I have not heard from you I am not sure if we are meeting today or not...in any event...I have an injured knee as of yesterday and I think that I am going to have to cancel today afterall. So sorry. I know you said something about losing messages so I am not sure if you got my last message about today. How about tomorrow? My knee is a chronic issue, I should be able to walk tomorrow but I am not sure...when it goes out like this I usually have to wait a day or two before I can be really active with it. I look forward to meeting you soon. xoxoChristy

Hi there Jennifer...Friday I have a Drs appointment at 9:30a. I am not sure what time I will be done that day...can we try for the following week? Mondays we usually go over to the Capitola Library around 11am (my oldest does not go to school on Mondays) then Tues-Friday Jett goes to school in the mornings and Owen and I are free in am's to do whatever (as mentioned after nap). Let me know what day and time work for you. Where in Capitola do you live? Maybe we can meet by my house I am about 15min walk to the Village or to Gayle's also there is a little park called Hidden Park by my house as well.
