Hi there, I'm April. I've been living in Santa Cruz since 2004 with my husband Kelly. We are 31 and not California natives, though we love it. Before Santa Cruz we lived in Oakland and before that in Eastern Iowa. I work full time as a minister in town but my work allows for a great amount of flexibility and baby time. My son has a little boy in his preschool class who has been diagnosed with Lukemia (sp?) & I am making the family dinner tonight. I had to grocery shop this morning which means Owen's naptime has been delayed and he will not sleep anywhere else except his bed. Also I have to prepare the meal this morning in order to get it to SV this afternoon. & next week is Jett's last week of school which means after next week he will be with us. So maybe we could start looking at meeting at a Park anyway---so sorry, but I kinda found out late last night that I was doing dinner today otherwise I would have planned a little bit better. xoxoChristy & Owen

Owen went to bed super late and woke up super early. He is still awake...little stinker. In any event, once he is asleep I am not going to wake him.
